MARIA KONDOVA
Art manager of Elite Projects Management and the European Music Festival Varna
Graduated from Dobri Hristov National School of Arts in Varna with a degree in piano. She is a laureate of Svetoslav Obretenov National Competition in Provadia and Golden Diana National Chamber Music Competition in Yambol. Academic master’s degree in musicology from The National Academy of Music Prof.Pancho Vladigerov – Theory, Composition and Conducting Faculty in 1991. One-year specialization in Public Relations from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
Maria Kondova works as a dramaturge at State Opera Varna from 1995 to 2001.
In 1997 Maria Kondova instituted the Elite Foundation of Literature, Art and Culture, supporting gifted children with scholarships and participates in the implementation of a number of cultural projects.
In 2001 established the cultural brand of Elite Music – proved to be the leading one in the independent sector in the field of music in Varna and the region with over 120 concerts, music projects and other initiatives. In 2004 founded, in partnership with Cantus Firmus, the European Music Festival Varna held annually and affirmed as one of the most significant musical events in the cultural calendar of Varna. Maria Kondova gains the confidence of a long number of Bulgarian and foreign partners as the artistic manager of Elite Projects Management Agency and the European Music Festival Varna.

Graduated from Dobri Hristov National School of Arts in Varna with a degree in piano and The Academy of Music Dance and Fine Arts in Plovdiv with music pedagogy in 1992. A pianist with long practice in Bulgaria and abroad, and a music reporter and journalist in Varna media. A part of Elite Music team since 2008 as an artistic secretary. Experienced and hearted collaborator in the organization of the European Music Festival Varna. A personal assistant of Nigel Kennedy and other world famous stars.

Graduated from the English Language School and the College of Tourism at University of Economics in Varna.
Over thirty years of experience in project management of all kinds of cultural events – from small stages to concerts with thousands of audiences, as well as the logistics of travels. А temperate polyglot and disarming enthusiast.
